DENGUE bites at early morning and near sunset
Dengue Bites
1- DENGUE bites at early morning and near sunset. Shut down house windows and doors at these particular times.
2- It grows on clean/fresh water (near drinking water coolers, kitchen and bath room sinks, toilet commodes, animal drinking water if kept for hours so cover it, rain water, open water tanks etc.
3- Its eggs take 5-8 days to hatch so try to locate such places and remove the possibility of these eggs before they hatch.
4- Ordinary mosquito after biting a DENGUE patient becomes Dengue and it can survive for one month even without availability of water. Water is necessary for its eggs growth not for adult mosquito survival.
5- Spray in your houses daily, use smoke coils or smoke of Gober ooplay, mosquito repellant oils (like MOSPEL) must be used especially near sunrise and sunset. Its upto a person how to save himself, don’t rely on Govt claims.
... 6- Wear such clothes that cover maximum parts of body.
7- Dengue fever attacks the platelets of blood, so eat iron rich food and drink plenty of liquids.
8- As there is no vaccine, prevention is sought by reducing the habitat and the number of mosquitoes and limiting exposure to bites.
